Our Boise, Idaho facility is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. In this role, you will perform essential duties that keep our operations running smoothly, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. You'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory and the timely processing of orders. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Store products in designated areas, optimizing space utilization.
- Accurately pick items according to order requirements.
- Pack orders securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Stage outgoing shipments and verify contents.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts after certification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation processes.
- Comply with all safety standards, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Follow proper lifting techniques and ergonomic procedures.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is advantageous.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow directions.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to safety regulations and the use of PPE.
