Join our vibrant warehouse team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as an Order Picker! This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for locating, selecting, and staging products for shipment using RF scanning technology and other warehouse equipment. Your accuracy and speed directly contribute to our customer satisfaction and operational success. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will receive comprehensive training on our systems and procedures. Maintaining a clean and safe work area is paramount, requiring strict adherence to all safety regulations and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform regular lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
