We are seeking diligent Warehouse Workers to join our team in Sacramento, California. As a Warehouse Worker, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our facility by performing various tasks, including loading and unloading, stocking shelves, order fulfillment, and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse. This role is essential for our efficient logistics operations, ensuring that products are handled correctly and that our warehouse remains organized and safe. The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, and has a strong commitment to following all safety procedures. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers.
- Sort and stock received merchandise in designated areas.
- Pick and pack items for outgoing orders accurately.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and tidying.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the use of PPE .
- Report any damaged goods or safety hazards to supervision immediately.
- Must be capable of frequent Lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or labor-intensive environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- A commitment to workplace safety .
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
