We are hiring enthusiastic Order Pickers for our busy distribution center in Las Vegas, Nevada. As an Order Picker, you will play a critical role in fulfilling customer orders by accurately selecting and retrieving items from warehouse shelves. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our logistics operations. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and precisely, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists or scanning devices.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Place picked items into appropriate containers or onto carts for transport.
- Assist with stocking and organizing inventory in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely as needed.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged items to a supervisor.
- Ensure proper use of required PPE at all times.
- Capable of Lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and item numbers accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining precision.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management basics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all procedures.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
