Are you a proven leader with a passion for operational excellence in warehouse management? We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This critical role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to strict safety standards. You will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and distribution, with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Your responsibilities will include optimizing workflows, managing inventory levels, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring the safe handling of all materials. We are committed to maintaining a safe working environment, which includes enforcing the proper use of PPE and promoting safe Lifting practices. You will play a key role in implementing and improving operational procedures to enhance overall performance and reduce errors. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to motivate a team. You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring our distribution center operates at peak efficiency. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable. Your leadership will ensure that our logistics operations meet and exceed company goals. We expect all supervisors to champion a culture of safety and efficiency, making sure all team members are equipped and trained on proper procedures, including correct PPE usage and safe material handling.
