We're looking for enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates to join our state-of-the-art facility in Omaha, Nebraska! This role is at the heart of our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed. You will be involved in various aspects of order fulfillment, including picking, packing, kitting, and shipping. A strong commitment to quality, speed, and safety is essential. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Assemble orders, which may include kitting or bundling multiple items.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages with appropriate shipping information.
- Prepare orders for shipment, staging them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to warehouse standards.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks to ensure accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely as required.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and support overall logistics operations.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, e-commerce fulfillment, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for the entire shift.
- Must be able to perform lifting tasks, up to 50 lbs.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to order accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
