Our distribution center in Raleigh, North Carolina, is looking for dedicated Distribution Center Associates to contribute to our efficient and reliable logistics operations. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. This role is vital to ensuring that our products reach customers on time and in perfect condition. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using scanning equipment.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, where certified).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety protocols, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and checks.
- Be prepared for tasks that require Lifting and moving of products.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Dedication to workplace Safety and following instructions.
