Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in Houston, Texas. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our logistics and distribution center. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and correctly.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company policies.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall logistics flow.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety rules.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and perform various tasks within the logistics function.
