Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is critical to our e-commerce operations, focusing on the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. Responsibilities include picking items from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will utilize scanning technology and follow established procedures to ensure order accuracy and speed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This position is a key component of our logistics network, directly impacting customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring products are protected during transit.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate packing equipment and machinery as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away as needed.
- Support the logistics team in optimizing workflow.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of fulfillment center operations and logistics.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity targets.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Willingness to adhere to strict safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
