Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, once certified.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of all outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets for our logistics operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of general warehouse safety procedures.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
