We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our facility in sunny San Diego, California! If you are a reliable and hardworking individual with a passion for operational efficiency, we want to hear from you. This role involves a variety of tasks essential to the smooth functioning of our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and shipping. You'll be an integral part of our logistics network, ensuring that our products reach our customers on time and in perfect condition. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety, and all team members are required to follow strict protocols and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and as trained.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required for motivated individuals.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to Safety.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and work in various temperature conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
