Our Milwaukee, Wisconsin facility is searching for a Fulfillment Associate to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work efficiently in a team environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will be involved in various aspects of order fulfillment, from receiving goods to dispatching them to customers, playing a key part in our logistics chain. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Label and stage outgoing shipments according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, practicing good housekeeping.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 30 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to Safety and following instructions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
