Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders with precision, ensuring correct items and quantities.
- Prepare shipments for transit, including staging and labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in cycle counting.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is advantageous.
- Capability for sustained physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 45 lbs, bending, and standing.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
