Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure every guest leaves happy
- Manage and oversee wine and liquor programs
- Control inventory and budgets
- Optimize labor control
- Utilize Toast and Tock platforms effectively
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Minimum of five years of fine dining experience
- Strong knowledge of wine and liquor programs
- Expertise in inventory control and budgeting
- Skilled in labor control
- Proficiency with Toast and Tock platforms
- Supportive and dynamic work environment
