Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service
• Ensure every guest leaves happy
• Manage and oversee wine and liquor programs
• Control inventory and budgets
• Optimize labor control
• Utilize Toast and Tock platforms effectively

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in restaurant management
• Minimum of five years of fine dining experience
• Strong knowledge of wine and liquor programs
• Expertise in inventory control and budgeting
• Skilled in labor control
• Proficiency with Toast and Tock platforms
• Supportive and dynamic work environment
