Job Title Production Merchandiser Assistant

Company Fenili West Coast (part of EU Design Fenili Group)

Location Temecula, CA

Reporting directly to the Sales Director of Fenili West Coast, the Production Merchandiser Assistant is responsible to provide critical support to the Sales & Production Manager in achieving sales targets and building a strong customer relationship. This role involves a variety of tasks, from administrative support to customer interaction and assisting with sales processes.

This role requires an entrepreneurial approach with a deep understanding of the apparel industry and commitment to achieve and exceed goals.

We are a strategic manufacturing enterprise with 9 regionalized production facilities in Europe and Asia, specialized in buttons, metal components, custom jewelry and fashion accessories for the international apparel, leather goods and home industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

· Closely follow and communicate with clients and global vendors daily regarding all aspects of the production cycle, including sales orders, lead times, and sample requests and approvals.

· Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

· Curate product selections for clients based on seasonal concept decks

· Problem solve and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction

Sales Support:

· Update and utilize P&L spreadsheets to analyze and monitor sales goals

· Collaborate with the Sales teams to create presentation decks and marketing tools

· Attend client meetings and follow up with requests to ensure timely delivery to meet deadlines

· Assist managing smaller client accounts with sourcing requests

· Develop a strong understanding of the company's trim product lines, including materials, finishes and applications

Administrative Support:

· Prepare and process purchase orders, sales orders, and commercial invoices and track their status from creation to delivery.

· Coordinate with our factories and overseas teams regarding order details, shipping and product specifications.

· Manage client database – add new client accounts, enter new items in system, follow up with outstanding payments

· Problem solve in a proactive and professional manner

Qualifications and Skills Required

· Bachelor's Degree in related field

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

· Customer centricity

· Organized, with ability to work quickly and efficiently

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Proficient on Mac desktop, Microsoft office suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Knowledge in Oracle NetSuite

· Interest in growing with a company and contributing to a team
