Title Processor/Closer

Our closer will focus on refinance transactions, a growing part of our business. CLOSED has refinance transactions nationwide. Our ideal candidate is rapid at balancing with lenders, and is hyper responsive to emails.

• Answer client phone calls
• Open client files in our software system
• Order payoffs
• Manage funding files
• Draft documents
• Coordinate with lenders
• Provide the highest level of client responsiveness to title questions
• Review signed closing packages for accuracy
