Customer Service Representative
Hourly Position: $20.00 to 23.00
Reports to: Management
Work Schedule: Full Time, 40 Hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00PM
Job Purpose: This position is responsible for providing customer service, secretarial, and administrative support in order to ensure that the business runs in an effective and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Display professional phone and email etiquette.
Handling customer accounts, responding to emails and phone requests in a timely manner.
Processing/requesting and shipping samples as per requests.
Creating and updating reports and other documents as requested in word and excel.
Scanning and emailing documentation as per request from various departments.
Handle any special projects that may be assigned
General office work.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the above. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
Skills/Qualifications:
Recent collage graduate or minimum 2 years office experiance.
Microsoft Office skills are required specifically Excel - beginner to intermediate level.
Computer and internet savvy including ability to quickly learn new software.
Demonstrated success in following through and completing projects.
Manage multiple projects and to multi-task.
Administrative writing skills, organization / analysis skills required.
Be able to work independently and show initiative
Punctual and reliable attendance is very important with this position, must be here on scheduled work days.
Flexibility to work overtime when required and on short notice.
Ability to effectively work with and connect with all levels of employees across multiple departments
