Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and service, demonstrating a commitment to food safety and quality. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while providing exceptional meals to our customers.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices.
• Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or improvements to existing offerings.
• Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed, including proper sanitation procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and cooking appliances.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and service during peak hours.
• Support catering events by preparing and serving food as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests when necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong background in food service, including cooking, meal preparation, and food handling.
• Experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Culinary experience with demonstrated knife skills is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
• A passion for food and a desire to create memorable dining experiences for guests.

Job Type: Full-time
