We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. The right candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate with clients and customers in a friendly manner and demonstrate strong customer service skills. The Front Desk Receptionist will be required to greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments and perform additional duties as assigned. Hours are Mon-Thu 8:00-5:00 pm and every other Fri 8:00-12:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and direct telephone calls.
• Answer questions.
• Greet visitors.
• Answer questions and requests from customers in person and over the phone.
• Maintain security of the facility.
• Process all mail and faxes, including opening unread items only when necessary and filing as appropriate.
• Answers questions over the phone.
• Handles customer complaints or problems.
• Understands office equipment including fax machines, copiers, phones, printers, computers.
• Insurance
• Accounts receivable
• Ordering/Inventory
• Billing/Collections

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
