We're expanding in the Texarkana market and looking for driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and visit local businesses daily within a 15–45 mile radius of Texarkana.
• Meet directly with business owners, HR leaders, and decision makers.
• Attend local networking events and represent Crest in the community.
• Qualify leads from referrals, events, and campaigns.
• Schedule and confirm discovery meetings and benefits briefings.
• Keep accurate records of conversations, next steps, and outcomes in CRM.

What We Offer

• Compensation: $85,000–$135,000 per year (base + bonuses).
