Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, following food safety standards.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings, while managing multiple tables or bar stations efficiently.
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at events like banquets or catering functions.
• Handle basic math calculations for bills, tips, and inventory management with accuracy using retail math skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts seamlessly while maintaining high-quality service.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Experience in food industry roles involving serving, catering, cashiering or retail math is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations are essential.
