Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments to determine the need for intervention services
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral analysis and treatment programs
  • Oversee and guide the implementation of behavior plans by clinical staff and support team members
  • Train staff on behavioral systems, intervention techniques, and performance management strategies
  • Facilitate parent meetings and provide caregiver training to ensure consistency between clinic-based and home-based therapy
  • Develop comprehensive client goals and complete all required documentation and reports for insurance reimbursement and client review
  • Collaborate with other professionals involved in each client's care (therapists, educators, medical providers, etc.)
  • Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and emerging methodologies
  • Perform additional duties related to applied behavior analysis as required

Qualifications

Required

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Preferred

  • BCBA licensure in any U.S. state (please specify state of licensure)
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Pay: $65, $70,888.23 per year
