Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our J. Christopher's team You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. We are hiring for Restaurant Manager and General Manager positions

Job Requirements:

• Be proficient at all positions; egg, pancake, helm, prep, dishwasher, expo, server, host, and bus
• Be Serve-safe certified
• Aggressively learn the skills necessary to perform, train and evaluate all functions of operation
• Be dependable, honest, hardworking and trustworthy, and able to leave your problems at the door.
• Always behave in a professional manner with guests, staff, vendors and other management
• Set an example of work ethic and teamwork to others
• Be able to motivate staff and provide relaxed environment to bring out best in them
• Follow established procedures for day to day operations
• Maintain a sanitary and clean environment
• Follow correct cash handling and deposit procedures
• Uphold standards of profitability established at unit.
• Attend monthly managers meetings

• Previous experience in food service or other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
