Janitorial Worker- 2nd shift

Summary

We are seeking a 3rd shift Janitor to join our team at Flagship Facility Services LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in commercial spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike. 2nd shift hours (2:00pm-10:30pm).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling efforts efficiently.
• Assist with floor care including buffing and polishing as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and used according to safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and staff effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.
