Job Description

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our academy. If you love interacting with people, keeping things organized, and being part of an energetic sports community, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors in person and by phone
• Manage check-ins, registrations, and payments through our membership software
• Respond to emails, messages, and social media inquiries
• Help schedule classes and special events
• Keep the reception area neat and stocked with promotional material
• Follow up on leads and outstanding payments
• Collaborate with instructors and management to ensure an excellent student experience

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Previous customer service or receptionist experience
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media
• Strong organization, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with people of all ages and backgrounds
• Availability for afternoon/evening shifts and Saturday mornings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in membership sales
• Familiarity with membership management software (ZenPlanner, Kicksite, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for a healthy and active lifestyle

Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 4–5 hours per day (afternoon/evening shifts might change for after school/spring break and summer camp)
• Saturday: 3 hours in the morning
• Average 22–28 hours/week (schedule might change during spring break and summer camp)

Compensation & Benefits

• $15-16/hour + $20 bonus for each new member enrollment
