Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and providing outstanding customer service. Your role will involve mixing drinks, managing the bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of beverage preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Mix cocktails according to standard recipes while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent service, answer questions about drink selections, and make recommendations.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety standards and alcohol service regulations to ensure guest safety.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bartending or food service role is REQUIRED
• Knowledge of retail math for managing cash register operations effectively.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Must be of legal age to pour and serve alcohol in accordance with local regulations.
