Senior Project Manager – Water/Wastewater Projects

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead municipal water and wastewater projects across Florida. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in managing large-scale municipal infrastructure projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of water and wastewater project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and quality control.
• Manage and coordinate multiple project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely and on-budget project completion.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships with municipal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and documentation to leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing municipal water and wastewater projects in Florida.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, permitting, and construction standards for municipal infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on schedule, budget, and quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; PMP or PE license a plus.
