Plumber

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial plumbing, with a strong understanding of construction plumbing techniques. This role involves working on various projects, including new constructions and remodeling jobs, ensuring that all plumbing systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards.

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Perform pipe threading and ensure proper connections to prevent leaks.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and electricians, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs.
• Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing installations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at construction sites.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plumber in both construction site settings and remodeling projects.
• Strong understanding of construction plumbing practices and techniques.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately.
• Familiarity with pipe threading tools and equipment is essential.
• Valid commercial driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
