We are on the lookout for motivated, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional direct care and support to our patients. The Registered Nurse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy, goals and objectives. This position assists in contributing to the hospital's philosophy, objectives, educational and Performances Improvement efforts, while providing supervision to staff assigned to his/her shift.
- Actively engage in the health care team, offering both direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
- Assess the physical and psychological conditions of patients continuously throughout their care journey.
- Utilize the nursing process in alignment with the philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles of SPBH.
- Uphold a safe therapeutic environment grounded in our core values.
Collaborate as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, actively contributing to the development, implementation, and documentation of tailored goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric challenges
Your Experience Matters What we're looking for:
Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years' experience in a psychiatric health-care facility.
Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Georgia Board of Nursing
Additional Requirements: Thorough knowledge of The JOINT COMMISSION, CMS, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements. CPR certification and successful completion of CPI within 90 days of employment, and prior to assisting in restraining procedures.

Compensation:
