The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of hotel facilities, guest rooms, and equipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and associates.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and public areas (plumbing, painting, etc.)
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and costly repairs
• Inspect equipment and facilities to identify safety or maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders
• Follow brand standards, safety procedures, and environmental guidelines
• Assist with vendor coordination and special projects as needed

• Previous hotel or building maintenance experience preferred
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
• Open availability including weekends and holidays as needed
