Housekeeping/Laundry

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and laundry facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens, towels, and other laundry items according to established standards.
• Handle dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including hallways and restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use.

Skills

• Proven experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to launder items effectively, with attention to fabric care instructions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
