Line Cook

Busy, well-established kitchen is looking for experienced line cooks who can run their station confidently during high-volume service. We're looking for professionals who work clean, fast, and take pride in their food.

This is not an entry-level role. If you're solid on the line and want consistent hours in a respectful, organized kitchen, we want to talk.

What You'll Do

• Run your station independently during service
• Execute dishes consistently and efficiently under pressure
• Prep accurately and maintain pars
• Keep a clean, organized station at all times
• Work closely with the team to keep service moving smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a line cook (high-volume preferred)
• Comfortable working fast without sacrificing quality
• Strong knife skills and station management
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to handle rushes calmly and professionally

Schedule
