Position Overview

As we step into a new year of growth, we are excited to welcome 2–3 Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists to our expanding team We're seeking passionate, motivated clinicians who love working with children and are eager to learn, grow, and be supported through mentorship from experienced therapists.

You'll work in a vibrant outpatient setting alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team, with access to sensory-rich spaces, outdoor play areas, and unique therapeutic environments that encourage creativity and connection.

What You'll Do

  • Provide individualized speech-language therapy services to children with speech, language, feeding, and social-communication needs
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify strengths and areas of need, developing personalized treatment plans
  • Address a variety of communication challenges, including: Expressive and receptive language, Articulation and phonological disorders, Social-pragmatic skills, Augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), as appropriate and Feeding and oral-motor concerns (as trained/desired)
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of SLP, OT, and PT professionals to create holistic treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy in engaging, play-based clinic environments
  • Participate in ongoing mentorship, clinical training, and professional development opportunities
  • Provide family education and support to empower caregivers to carry over goals at home

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current (or eligible) Wisconsin SLP license and ASHA CCCs (or CFY supervision available, if applicable)
  • A passion for working with children
  • Strong desire to learn, grow, and collaborate within a supportive team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, high-quality, evidence-based care
