We are now hiring a full-time CDL A TEAM Driver in Phoenix, Arizona

If you have experience as a Class A CDL Truck Driver for companies like FedEx, Western Express, Dollar General, Amazon, or Werner, you may be the perfect candidate

Do you have a Class A CDL and an impeccable safety record? We are immediately hiring Class A CDL - FedEx Ground Team Truck Drivers We are looking for dedicated and professional truck drivers to handle unassigned, Over-the-Road FedEx Ground runs from the Phoenix, Arizona area safely and efficiently

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Must possess one year of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience in the last three years
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record – No accidents or tickets in the past 3 years
• Must have or be ready to attain a doubles/triples endorsement
• Ability to follow instructions and complete required training
• Complete Background Check, MVR Screening, Clearinghouse login, and Drug Test
• Prefer candidates who can drive a manual transmission and have no driving restrictions

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate tractor-trailer combination, including doubles (and triples, where applicable)
• Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip and safety inspections on equipment
• Drop & Hook Only – No-touch Freight
• Verify and complete required documentation and reports
• Maintain accurate daily logs
• Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch (e.g., delays, arrivals, equipment problems), as required
• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
• Perform other duties as required

PAY AND BENEFITS:

• Schedule: Working five days per week with two days off
• Dispatch Schedule:

Dispatch operates on a rotational system, typically scheduled on Tuesdays between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., depending on freight availability.
