Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager, located in Glendale, CA. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store personnel, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with staff and customers. Additional responsibilities include implementing retail loss prevention measures, achieving sales targets, and creating a positive and engaging store environment.
