Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Divisional Pricing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Prophet 21 Pricing and a strong aptitude for analyzing pricing trends to support divisional strategy and maximize profitability. Experience in industrial automation distribution is preferred but not required.

Job Duties

• Analyze and maintain pricing strategies using Prophet 21 Pricing module to ensure competitiveness and margin objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support pricing decisions and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
• Provide pricing reports, insights, and recommendations to divisional leadership.
• Assist in the implementation of pricing initiatives and system improvements.
• Ensure pricing data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.
• Support product launch pricing and promotional programs.

Education & Experience
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and five (5) to seven (7) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Proven experience with Prophet 21 Pricing module is required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
• Familiarity with industrial automation distribution is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient with Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

If you are hired at Motion, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.

• Compensation is from $81,563 - $112,100 annually
