What You'll Do
We're looking for a Manager to join our Client Onboarding and Deconversion Services team. In this role, you'll lead team members who support Defined Contribution (DC) retirement plan transitions. You'll play a key role in ensuring successful execution of our services through effective talent management, collaboration with global partners, and leadership of transformational outcomes through improved workflow, metrics, and business literacy.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee key functions of retirement plan transition events with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Develop a team that delivers excellent service through ownership, accountability, and results. Instill loyalty and satisfaction by ensuring quality client experiences are taking place.
  • Identify, analyze and provide guidance to team members for issue resolution. Act as a liaison with internal and external customers to find solutions.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal partners to identify and understand customer and business unit needs and objectives. Support multiple product lines and meet business goals.
  • Create and foster a culture that values the contributions of others and inspires trust and respect between team members.
  • Lead and develop team members, including hiring, training, talent management, compensation administration, rewards and recognition, performance management, coaching and mentoring. Take appropriate and timely disciplinary action.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in client service, financial services, or retirement plan operations or equivalent gained through work, training, military service, or education.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience (direct or indirect)
  • Strong communication, coaching, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day operations, prioritize workloads, and balance team assignments.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills for operational and client issues.
  • Basic financial or operational acumen (budget awareness, resource allocation, performance tracking).
  • Attention to detail and adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
