Apprentice Electrician

Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Apprentice Electrician to assist with electrical installations and maintenance in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on experience working alongside licensed electricians on complex tool installs while adhering to strict safety and cleanroom standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Journeyman Electricians with installation, termination, and testing of electrical systems for semiconductor tools.

• Pull wire, install conduit, and prepare materials as directed.

• Learn and follow NFPA 70E safety protocols and cleanroom procedures.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Participate in daily safety meetings and pre-task planning.

• Document work activities and report progress to supervisors.

• Support troubleshooting efforts under supervision.

Qualifications:

• Enrollment in or completion of an electrical apprenticeship program.

• Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools.

• Ability to read simple diagrams and follow instructions.

• Strong commitment to safety and willingness to learn.

• OSHA 10 certification preferred.

• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and wear required PPE.

• Previous experience in construction or industrial settings.

• Familiarity with semiconductor or high-tech environments is a plus.
