Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part Time Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Director with a variety of office tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills and experience in communications, website updating, membership databases. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, business correspondence drafting, editing, formatting, and various clerical functions, providing essential executive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support, including proofreading, transcription board meeting minutes, and data entry.
  • Handle phone etiquette for multi-line phone systems and provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
  • Assist with planning and project coordination to facilitate company initiatives.
  • Maintain membership database (NEON CRM)
  • Maintain organized filing systems, manage office supplies, and ensure office space needs through landlord requests.
  • Support and assist with general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Provide personal assistant support as needed, including task prioritization.

Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint and Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
  • Excellent phone etiquette skills and the ability to professionally handle requests from board members and members.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Office management or clerical experience preferred; experience in customer service or front desk roles is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail and time management.
  • Experience with data entry, proofreading, transcription, and filing procedures.

Pay: $ $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week

Experience:

  • CRM software: 1 year (Required)
  • Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
  • Transcription: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Website maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
