Looking for a front desk receptionist at a busy Psychological Office. Required to have excellent customer service skills and be able to multi-task. They are responsible for scheduling appointments, checking in new patients, and managing their paperwork. Accepting payments / co-pays and answering the phone. HIPAA compliance is a must.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Data Entry
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
