About the Role

We're seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Clinical Supervisor who feels called to both direct client care and the mentorship of emerging clinicians. This is a
remote, W-2, full-time position for candidates licensed and residing in Michigan

. You'll maintain a full-time caseload while providing supervision, documentation oversight, and team collaboration to uphold our trauma-informed clinical standards and mission to provide outstanding care.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain a full-time clinical caseload, completing 23 appointments per week.
  • Provide biweekly individual supervision to Limited Licensed Social Workers (LLMSWs), supporting 1–3 supervisees through case consultation, clinical skill development, and professional growth.
  • Review and sign off on documentation, ensuring compliance with insurance, ethics, and state standards.
  • Perform telehealth clinical counseling services to clients of Embodied Wellness, PLLC in accordance with company policies and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed.
  • Respond to patients and stakeholders within 24 business hours.
  • Communicate with a patient's treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary.
  • Abide by all insurance contracts expectations including, but not limited to: documentation guidelines set by insurance companies, completing documentation within 48 hours per insurance contracts, coordinating care with primary care physicians, and complying with insurance audits.
  • Attend all mandatory meetings.
  • Attend at least one community engagement event in-person per year (if living within 1 hour of events).
  • Engage in anti-racism and anti-oppression work.

What We're Looking For

  • Active LMSW license with supervisory designation (or eligible in Michigan).
  • 3+ years of clinical experience treating trauma, anxiety, or depression.
  • Trained in EMDR and somatic therapies.
  • Commitment to cultural humility, anti-oppression, and equity.
  • Bonus: prior supervision and/or leadership experience, familiarity with Simple Practice.

: $100,360 (based on caseload + supervision).
