Job Overview
This role partners closely with company leadership to support daily executive priorities while contributing directly to growth-focused projects. You'll play an active role in coordinating operations, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and helping move strategic initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Executive Coordination
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics for executive leadership.
- Act as a liaison between leadership, team members, partners, and external contacts.
- Track priorities and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
- Support preparation of leadership materials, and internal planning documents.
Business Growth & Operational Support
- Research and assist in developing new supplier, distributor, and partner relationships.
- Help coordinate new product introductions, showroom launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Support trade show planning, including scheduling, materials, and post-event follow-ups.
- Assist sales operations with quotes, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
- Work cross-functionally to help execute company-wide initiatives efficiently.
Travel & Company Representation
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, vendor meetings, and showroom openings.
- Travel as needed to support operational and growth-related projects.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field preferred; comparable professional experience will also be considered.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive information.
- Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset and strong follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with executive coordination, project management, or business operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM or sales-support tools.
Pay: $45, $55,000.00 per year
