Job Overview
This role partners closely with company leadership to support daily executive priorities while contributing directly to growth-focused projects. You'll play an active role in coordinating operations, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and helping move strategic initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Executive Coordination

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics for executive leadership.
  • Act as a liaison between leadership, team members, partners, and external contacts.
  • Track priorities and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
  • Support preparation of leadership materials, and internal planning documents.

Business Growth & Operational Support

  • Research and assist in developing new supplier, distributor, and partner relationships.
  • Help coordinate new product introductions, showroom launches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Support trade show planning, including scheduling, materials, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Assist sales operations with quotes, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
  • Work cross-functionally to help execute company-wide initiatives efficiently.

Travel & Company Representation

  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, vendor meetings, and showroom openings.
  • Travel as needed to support operational and growth-related projects.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field preferred; comparable professional experience will also be considered.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive information.
  • Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset and strong follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with executive coordination, project management, or business operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM or sales-support tools.

Pay: $45, $55,000.00 per year
