What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and maintain project plans that identify key issues, performance metrics, and resource requirements
• Supervise project resources, including Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Design Engineers
• Manage all aspects of projects from planning, design, implementation, testing, to deployment and customer adoption
• Establish and maintain communication channels between business, IT, and other stakeholders
• Track project budgets and resources, preparing cost estimates and monitoring expenditures

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 1-2 years of Project Management experience
• Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in Project Management methodologies and tool sets, including waterfall, agile, and scrum
• Familiarity with process improvement principles such as Lean Six Sigma
• Strong problem resolution and conflict management skills
