Caregiver

Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those you care for, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This position requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental and physical disabilities as well as other health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Monitor and document vital signs and changes in clients' conditions through patient observation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by following health and safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to client needs and emergencies while adhering to first aid procedures when required.

Skills

• Experience in caregiving or home health settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
• Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities is advantageous.
• Strong observational skills for monitoring client conditions and reporting changes accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Valid Driver's License is required for this position

-We are looking to hire part time 24 hours a week, weekends only. The shift is every Saturday and Sunday, 8am-8pm
-Payday is every Friday Direct deposit pay
