What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
- Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Track progress and adjust treatment plans based on data and client needs
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals
- Keep documentation organized and aligned with ethical and clinical standards
- Use Motivity for seamless program management and data collection
- Stay sharp with ongoing professional development
- Maintain 30–35 billable hours per week, including direct 1:1 ABA therapy and protocol updates for your cases
What You Bring
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current BCBA certification through the BACB
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
