What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
  • Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Track progress and adjust treatment plans based on data and client needs
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals
  • Keep documentation organized and aligned with ethical and clinical standards
  • Use Motivity for seamless program management and data collection
  • Stay sharp with ongoing professional development
  • Maintain 30–35 billable hours per week, including direct 1:1 ABA therapy and protocol updates for your cases

What You Bring

  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification through the BACB
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
