Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, creating a positive first impression.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while following proper sanitation and food safety protocols.
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Provide attentive guest services by responding to inquiries, accommodating special requests, and managing guest relations professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests from around the world.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
• Ability to perform basic math for billing, tipping, and cash handling accurately.

Pay: $ $25.14 per hour
