Line Cook

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dishes that meet our standards for taste and presentation. This position requires attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu plans.
• Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cook is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of techniques and meal preparation methods.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Excellent communication skills a must and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
