Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring a smooth operation for food preparation and service. The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in food service environments, including restaurants, catering, hotels, or culinary settings. Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas as needed
• Support food preparation tasks such as basic food handling and prep work under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces in accordance with health and safety standards
• Support catering events and banquet setups by ensuring all necessary dishware and utensils are available and clean
• Follow proper procedures for food handling and sanitation to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Assist kitchen staff with light cleaning duties to uphold a hygienic environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality industries is preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards in a kitchen setting
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed
• Basic understanding of food handling safety practices
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as required
