Meadow Falls of Bath, a premier senior living community in Akron, OH, is seeking a warm and welcoming Dining Room Server to join our culinary team. As a Dining Room Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents, their families, and guests. We are looking for a friendly and attentive individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment to ensure that every meal is a memorable one.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, their families, and guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Take food and drink orders, serve meals, and maintain a clean and organized dining environment
• Manage tables, serving dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Work effectively with the culinary team to ensure that meals are served efficiently and to the highest standards
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude when interacting with residents, colleagues, and guests
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a healthy and safe dining environment

Requirements

• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
