Your Role at

This individual will work with our brands and assist with creator recruitment, engagement, and growth strategies for a brand's Creator Community, ensuring a vibrant and active network.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement strategies for Creator clients to attract creators who are aligned with brand goals.
  • Manage a book of dedicated Performance Creator clients.
  • Identify and target hundreds to thousands of creators to join a brand's campaign/program by leading a 360° Creator recruitment effort with the help of colleagues when needed.
  • Create and execute incentive programs, including gifting, flat fees, performance-based rewards, exclusive offers, and more. 
  • Collaborate closely with domestic and overseas internal teams, including community support, sales, product, marketing, and client success, to align creator community and affiliate strategies with overall business goals.
  • Partner with clients to tailor affiliate community strategies to their unique needs.
  • Manage and supports execution at scale, from casting through reporting of campaigns and brand accounts
  • Lead + oversee kick-off calls and respond to client emails
  • Review and recommend qualified influencers based on brand requirements such as follower count, location, niche, affiliate performance, and audience demographics
  • Monitor budgets and program timelines to ensure our revenue goals and client deadlines are met
  • Review influencer content to ensure they meet the requirements set in the brief and are free of spelling and grammar errors
  • Provide excellent customer service and expertise, ensuring both the clients and creators are happy and impressed with our services
  • Identifiy upselling opportunities and communicates to senior client leadership
  • Responsible for understanding and formatting metrics to be analyzed to optimize future campaigns
  • Strategieze content creation and casting to make sure campaigns are on trend and relevant to the current social media landscape
  • You are the go-to person for junior team members who can tap into your knowledge base and you mentor them
  • Provides training to junior team members on creator programs, assign tasks to them, and oversee their execution, schedule performance feedback sessions

What You Bring:

  • At least 4+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer/creator marketing, and scaled community management.
  • Strong understanding of Creator & affiliate marketing strategies, tools, and technologies.
  • Experience budgeting, casting, negotiating, contracting, overseeing fulfillment, draft approvals, reporting, etc. for creator campaigns.
